FAQ – Love St. Mary’s Gift Card
- Can the same card be used at multiple locations?
Yes! As long as there’s a balance, the card can be used at any participating business.
- Why wasn’t my order processed immediately?
Sometimes processing takes longer due to order verification. Check your email (and spam folder) if there is a delay.
- Can international orders be accepted?
Unfortunately, we can only accept orders from within the U.S. using a U.S.-issued credit card.
- Where can the card be used?
The card is valid only at participating businesses in St. Mary’s County. It cannot be used for delivery services (e.g., Grubhub, DoorDash) or online purchases outside the community.
- How are refunds applied?
Refunds work like credit cards—if a refund is issued, it will be applied back to the gift card.
- What happens if a purchase exceeds the card’s balance?
You can use a secondary payment method to cover the remaining balance.
